Purchase of Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV) to facilitate weekly food waste collections

The Council anticipates purchasing approximately 12 Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) to facilitate weekly food waste collections. It is the Council's preference for the RCVs to be electric. The option of diesel and electric powered RCVs will be determined in view of performance, cost and overall value for money.
