Staff Welfare Facilities Refurbishment and Upgrade at Baker Street Station

A contract to deliver refurbishment works to operational staff facilities at Baker Street station. The scope of works include: refurbishment of current operational staff facilities, maintenance and electrical, fit-out and change of use of various premises rooms on the ground, first and second floors of the site.
