Provision of Short Breaks Services for Children and Young People with Complex Needs as a result of Disability or Illness

Swansea Council (The Council) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced provider/s who can deliver flexible, child-centred support in a variety of settings-including the child's home and residential settings.
