Committee Room Refurb

Committee Rooms in Parliament are used for committee proceedings, general meetings, presentations and videoconferencing/hybrid working. The level of technical facilities varies across the rooms, with many systems now over 20 years old. Parliament carried out a trial of new technical facilities for a committee room in 2019, followed by the refurbishment of two committee rooms.
