It is the intention of Derry City and Strabane District Council, as the Employer, to appoint a Quantity Surveyor led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT). The Council’s Environment team will design and the Quantity Surveyor Led ICT will assist the delivery of more graves to Ballyoan, Strabane, Mountcastle and Castlederg (BSMC) Cemeteries.
