Supply of services related to the Ticket Vending Machines

Northern is intending to award a contract for the ongoing support, and maintenance of Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) at locations across its operating network. The scope of the procurement will include, but not be limited to, the inspection, servicing, repair, refurbishment, and performance testing of TVMs to ensure continued compliance with safety and operational standards. This may also include the supply of replacement components, technical support services and equipment upgrades.
