Short Term Life Support & Tenancy Skills

The service will provide Low Level support services to vulnerable people who are Rochdale Residents (18+) in need of low level support opportunities which promote independent living and housing related support for clients that fall outside Care Act Eligibility Criteria or who can be assisted in remaining independent without the need for public sector funding
