NHS England is due to procure a Primary Care Support Service for Medical Records Primary Care Support Services (PCSS) are essential administration services underpinning provision of primary care in England and consists of a range of services to support primary care delivery. The Medical Records service will provide the following service lines: • Records Administrations and Movement Services • Records Collection • Archive Storage
