HRA Lift Maintenance & Repair Works Contract

Medway Council (‘The Authority’) invites quotations for the provision of passenger and domestic lift servicing and maintenance as detailed in the Specification of Requirement and in accordance with these instructions and the Council’s Terms and Conditions of Contract. This is an initial contract of 3 years starting 1st September 2025, with two extension options of 4 years each for a full term of 11 years to 31st August 2036.
