Composite Sleepers and Bearers contract

Composite sleepers and bearers contract for alternative types to TfL's standard concrete track sleepers and are made of plastic and other reinforcement materials. Currently used to a low level in London Underground (LU) with the technical benefits of being light weight for easier handling.
