Mandatory Social Housing Qualification

Newcastle City Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Ofqual regulated providers of qualifications for colleagues whose roles are considered to be in scope, as per the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and the new Competency and Conduct Standard. The qualifications required are: • Level 5 Diploma in Housing • Level 4 Certificate in Housing • Level 4 Managing Housing Maintenance
