CS2215 - Wiltshire Council Holidays and Activities Short Breaks (CYP & SEND)

To provide short breaks to children and young people with send. This will be through working with Wiltshire Council services (e.g. leisure and communities), third sector organisations and commissioned services to create a framework approach to delivering a strong short breaks offer.
