South Ribble Council is a compassionate council that seeks to support residents in a way that enables them to be happy and healthy communities. The purpose of this commission is to provide residents of South Ribble with impartial and confidential advice aimed at providing residents with the knowledge, confidence and capability to address issues, whoever they are and whatever their problem.
