PA0005- Lift Service Maintenance and Repairs including Framework for Capital Works

Service maintenance and repairs services for the lift portfolio across Peabody. The framework for the capital works purpose is to appoint lift contractors working simultaneously across Peabody housing stock, to renew a number of our lifts that are in need of modernisation. This will therefore reduce future maintenance cost and breakdowns and also aid in improving the quality of our lift service. The framework period is for 4 years.
