Shared Lives

The Authority intends to commission a single-supplier framework for Shared Lives management. The Provider will deliver a Shared Lives Scheme in Wolverhampton that will be provided to individuals assessed as needing care and support under the Care Act 2014 or Children Act 1989, who reside in the City of Wolverhampton.
