University House Refurbishment Project - Phase 1

The University is the single occupier of University House. The building houses professional services and student break out spaces. The building is located to the North of the Peel Park campus. In order to manage the University's financial year end spend deadline, it is proposed the project will be split into two phases of work. The works have been prioritised by the end-users and split across the two phases. The University wish to undertake Phase 1 in the 2024/2025 financial year.
