Since 2000 Aspire has had a range of leasing options with a variety of providers and now has a mixed fleet of c160 vehicles. Aspire is aiming to appoint one supplier who can provide a full leasing , maintenance and logistics service for vehicles both leased and owned by Aspire. The aim over the 5 year period is to migrate all vehicles to the leased arrangement.
