WCC Equipment for streaming meetings

Warwickshire County Council is looking to procure live streaming of its committee and council meetings. The tender will relate to a contract for the supply of audio-visual equipment, support and maintenance, and associated services including webcasting. This mainly relates to the Council's two current hybrid meeting spaces. The Council wishes to understand more about the types of equipment and services available that will provide a reliable solution to our webcasting and hybrid meeting needs.
