The Council is looking to engage with the market via a preliminary market engagement, hoping to gain a better idea of what improvements can be made to the existing solution for processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for parking and moving traffic, Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs), from littering from vehicles and digital permit management.
