The City of York Council (CYC) is conducting this Procurement to select a supplier for the provision of City of York Council (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to a maximum of five (5) Civil Engineering Contractors, under a new Framework Agreement, to deliver capital maintenance and other construction projects.
