Closed Churchyard - Teignbridge District Council

The scope of this contract will be to address the repair and maintenance of a number of boundary walls, fences and footpaths within twenty two closed churchyards in the Teignbridge District. Surveys were undertaken by the Authority's Structural Engineers in 2008 (now superseded), which highlighted a number of defects requiring remediation at that time and works including minor re-pointing & re-setting, anchoring, minor re-building and in some cases complete re-build schemes were implemented.
