Early Market Engagement Cash Collection and Counting

The Council currently operates a cash counting facility and manages the entire process, from cash collection to cash counting. The Council have 40 operational car parks of which 3 have height restrictions and 78 machines in total. The Council are currently looking into options about whether to outsource this requirement, therefore The Council are running this early market engagement.
