CIPFA Finance Professional Competency Model

To arrange for CIPFA to review the existing Finance structure and the composition of the teams to inform the most appropriate portfolio of competencies for each level/role type. CIPFA will then run their Competency Model across Finance, produce a series of results and hold workshops with staff and managers. Having completed the work on the Competency Model, to have the option for CIPFA will run a separate series of workshops to inform the development of a Finance Service Offer.
