Supported Living Tender for an Individual with Physical Disability within the Caernarfon Area

Cyngor Gwynedd are looking to carry out a full tendering process to appoint a suitable qualified provider to provide supported living service for 1 individual living in Caernarfon. There is also a possibility of introducing a second individual to the property during the life of the contract.
