Medway Council and Gravesham Council are seeking a textile bank provider to supply textile/shoe banks to our Recycling Points in council owned car parks/sites and pre-agreed privately owned sites with permission. To empty banks at each site at a frequency that prevents banks becoming full and overflowing. This will be at least once a week.
