Sheffield Local Landlords Framework - Market Engagement

Sheffield City Council are seeking interest in a new project for local Landlords who are able to provide affordable housing for families in the city. Accommodation will typically be paid for by the Council for 6-12 months giving you a guaranteed income. Thereafter the ambition would be that the family would be able to stay in the property taking on the tenancy themselves. This survey is seeking interest in joining the framework, along with any feedback that can help shape the project.
