Medical Practice and related services<br/>Pan-Camden outreach bus, focussed on the most deprived wards, with the aim to reduce the barrier of access to healthcare for people in these areas by partnering with Camden council. The Outreach bus collects info on: smoking status, BMI, blood pressure, Know Your Risk score.
