Provision of Landscaping Services

Triangle wishes to procure suitably qualified competent landscaping contractor to provide the necessary Services in relation to grounds maintenance and landscaping on Triangle premises. Triangle has an initial requirement for a 4 year contract, with possibility for three one-year extensions thereafter. As it stands, Triangle has an initial requirement for approximately 115 premises, which is set to increase potentially by 20+ premises over the period of the contract.
