London Luton Airport Operations Limited are pleased to announce the launch of their Duty-Free tender for a contract to commence November 2026. The first stage is an SQ, with a full tender pack only being released to all qualifying bidders on the 21st April 2025 (those who have passed the SQ stage). Bidders will be notified of qualification and progression to subsequent stages accordingly. More details can be found within the SQ documentation pack
