Valuer for MKCC Properties

Milton Keynes City Council has resolved to dispose around various properties over the next 3 years or so. Depending upon the circumstances the properties may be sold by private treaty, tender, auction or off market, for example to a Registered Social Landlord to provide affordable house. Some properties may be sold as seen, whilst others may be supported with planning briefs or similar.
