We require a monitoring service consisting of weekly brief, daily notices and reports on business where QW is directly mentioned or where there is a highly relevant debate or committee meeting to supplement the weekly brief. We also require an annual perceptions audit of Members of the Senedd and profile rasing formal events for 30MSs plus briefing sessions. Following a voluntary 8 working day standstill period the Contract was awarded.
