Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a single provider for SEND Mediation provides - an independent and impartial process to help resolve disagreements between families and Warwickshire County Council in relation to Education, Health & Care Needs Assessments; special educational provision; and occasionally in relation to wider SEN provision and/or the health and social care elements of an EHC Plan.
