NRW requires legal advice and support in the following areas: A -Works and Projects B – Fisheries C - Flood Defence and Land Drainage D - Navigation and Recreation E - Water Resources F - Nature Conservation G – Forestry H - Marine Licensing I - General and additional work including that arising out of devolution issues including those arising from “Brexit” and relating to the extent of its functions, duties and powers.
