Learning disability and autism programme

This is a direct award to Merseycare Foundation Trust to allow for the delivery of the HOPES model. This is a clinical model for patients with complex needs and is exclusive to Merseycare, who will share their model with NHS organisations and they are ready to deliver at scale.
