Scaffolding call off

To allow a call off facility to the previously contracted scaffolding supplier to the UHBW Trust in case of emergency requirements for a 6 month period until such time that the next tender has been prepared, issued, and let. The agreement value will be a maximum not guaranteed amount. Spend is subject to requirement.
