SCC - Design and Build of Affordable Dwellings at Lundy Close, Eastwood, Southend-on-Sea

Southend on Sea City Council are seeking a suitably qualified main contractor to carry out the Design and Build of affordable dwellings in line with proposed 2025 Future Homes Standard. This work will be undertaken in conjunction with the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 Edition with amendments.
