Wallasey Town Hall Annexes (Development Opportunity - Pre Market Engagement)

Following the recent adoption of the Wallasey Town Hall Quarter Masterplan, Wirral Council are undertaking a Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise in relation to ‘the opportunity sites’.
