East Berkshire Stroke Support Service

Bracknell Forest Council, Slough Borough Council, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Frimley Integrated Care Board are jointly commissioning a Stroke Support Service for East Berkshire for a three year period, with optional additions of two further one-year periods.
