Affordable Housing Contribution and Viability Assessments on Small Sites

The outlined Service Specification is for the appointed Consultant to provide expert viability advice on a site-by-site basis to inform consideration of planning applications and appeals on small sites on behalf of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT).<br/><br/>The services shall also be performed on behalf of Wandsworth Borough Council when necessary. The Council will have access to this contract via an Access Deed.
