The service will be fully integrated into the Ridgeway Secure Inpatient care system, supporting service users who require a stepped care psychological intervention ranging from Step 1 to Step 3. The service will provide 4 WTE (Whole time Equivalent) qualified staff to deliver the service. Staff will be co-located on the wards providing a regular presence to both patients and ward teams.
