BDC Flex and Agile - refurbishment project delivery

Braintree District Council is seeking expressions of interest ahead of the procurement for a contractor to deliver a Design and Build refurbishment of the BDC offices. The project is part of BDC’s wider Agile and Flex programme that has been instigated to ensure that the Council is continuing to work effectively and efficiently as ways of working change across the sector.
