The University of Westminster is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to deliver a design and build project at our Student Hall block at Marylebone. The project comprises both external and internal refurbishments to the building. Marylebone Hall was last fully refurbished in 2007 and a full refurbishment is now due.
