West of Scotland Housing Association purchased Station House, 30-34 St Enoch’s Square at the end of March 2024. 30-34 St Enoch Square is Category B Listed and are within the ‘Central Area’ Conservation Area. The buildings are entered from the pedestrianised St Enoch Square via a single door and staircase at Number 34, and are linked at upper floor levels.
