Discharge to assess pathway 2 recovery and reablement bedded care (Eastern Devon)

NHS Devon is intending to commission 10 Pathway 2 block booked beds for a 12 month contract at a cost of £1,000 per bed per week. The provider given the highest score will be able to provide 10 beds, or be willing and able to offer additional beds (to a maximum of 10) as vacancies become available.
