Test facility for the assessment of conducted energy devices

5.1 The requirement is for a Test Facility to devise a Technical Test Plan for the TASER T10™ in accordance with the attached Test Guidance and then conduct the testing. Once the Technical Test Plan has been approved by the Authority the Test Facility will conduct the tests.
