Hampshire Carers Support Service

Hampshire County Council invite providers to tender for a Hampshire Carers Support Service. This countywide service will offer a triaged support service for carers incorporating a small element of lower-level signposting with the bulk of the resource allocated to providing complex caseworker support, as well as delivering emergency support planning and emergency support plan activations.
