Mental Health Community Connectors (Additional Roles and Responsibilities Scheme)

The Mental Health Community Connector Service will comprise two, closely aligned, teams of specialist Connectors to serve Cambridgeshire and Peterborough; providing additional capacity to contributing Primary Care Networks.
