Term Service Contract for Repair and Maintenance to Corporate Properties

To carry out Repairs and Maintenance to Corporate Properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Works will primarily be to carry out reactive maintenance repairs and the provision of a 24/7 emergency call out service, inclusive of all labour and materials. Additional works may be required to undertake emergency project work and to provide building and services support to deliver annual elections.
