Associated British Ports (ABP) is the UK’s largest port operator and manages a portfolio of estate and infrastructure including tenant operations. As part of this, utility metering of the estate is undertaken. The existing portfolio of meters to consider currently stands in excess of 2,500, of which 800 are covered by a MOP/DC agreement.
