Social Enterprise Development Framework

This framework tender document is being issued by Cumberland Council acting as the Accountable Body for Cumbria Social Enterprise Partnership (CSEP). The activity being procured via this framework will cover the geographic areas covered by Cumberland Council and Westmorland & Furness Council, ie - the ceremonial county of Cumbria boundaries.
